What do I get?

• A 1-hour video consultation with me to discuss your goals, get to know you and your needs, answer and discuss your questions, and build your program together (if you’re interested in having a customized program)

• A completely judgement-free assessment of your current skill and education level when it comes to lifting and strength training (just to see where we’ll be starting from!)

• If you’re looking for a training program: A customized lifting and conditioning program to build strength and/or muscle based on your goals. This will be a spreadsheet-based program and will be tailored to fit your life: your needs, preferences, schedule, access to equipment, ability, skill level, and goals.

• A folder of resources on how to track your progress and implement the program we build

• Science-based education on how your lifting program will meet your goals and be optimal within the context of your life


How much does it cost?

There is no start-up fee for working with me.

The recommended full price is $95, but the minimum price is only $75, charged automatically before we meet.*

This price is sliding scale, with a listed minimum payment option at the bottom end of the scale, and a recommended payment option at the top end. You can choose to pay the full $95 per month, or more, if you feel my coaching services are worth more than that. Please pay what you can afford, keeping in mind that those who can afford to pay at the top end of the scale help ensure that those who cannot pay the full rate can still acquire high-quality coaching services from SBF.

Please consult this image to see where you fall on the general scale of personal financial experience, and utilize it and your own best judgement to determine how much you can pay for coaching services.

So Where Do I Start?

All new clients must begin by filling out the intake and application forms, which if you have not filled out yet, can be found at this link. After submitting the form and then paying here on Gumroad, you will be sent an email about scheduling our video consultation.

Just enter a price you feel is fair on the righthand side of this page, and hit "Pay"! You will then receive a folder of resources and information on how to get started before we meet.

If you are a returning client, you will receive a link to schedule another video consultation and do not have to fill out the intake form again.

**Disclaimer: This is programming, support, and education for amateur/recreational lifters, or lifters in a specific strength sport (e.g. bodybuilding/physique sports, powerlifting, etc.) If you are looking for strength & conditioning coaching for another sport that involves or is related to resistance training (e.g. American football, wrestling, basketball, etc.), I would strongly recommend hiring a sports-specific coach/trainer, or a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. If you are looking for a targeted nutrition plan for weight loss/management or for support of non-lifting athletic endeavors, I would strongly recommend hiring a registered dietitian.

Pay

A one-hour video consultation where I am available to answer any questions you might have about training and nutrition, as well as any resources we feel are relevant based on our conversation. If desired, you'll also receive a 6-12 week training program.
