How much does it cost?*
There is no start-up fee for working with me.
All options are sliding scale, with a listed minimum payment option at the bottom end of the scale, and a recommended payment option at the top end. Please pay what you can afford, keeping in mind that those who can afford to pay at the top end of the scale help ensure that those who cannot pay the full rate can still acquire high-quality coaching services from SBF. If you do not know where you should fall on this scale, there is an image of a very helpful diagram called The Green Bottle by Alexis J. Cunningfolk above. Please consult this image to see where you fall on the general scale of personal financial experience, and utilize it and your own best judgement to determine how much you can pay for coaching services.
- $90-$110 (All-In Coaching: Training & Nutrition)
- $55-$75 (Custom Programming: Training Only)
- $35-$55 (Conditioning for Strength)
I will not turn anyone away due to lack of funds. If you're concerned about the minimum payment prices, please contact me directly at natveiga@udel.edu or over DMs on Instagram and we can discuss an option that works for you.
All coaching services are charged automatically every month by default, or you can pay for 12 months of coaching in advance and receive a discount.

So Where Do I Start?
All new clients must begin by filling out an application form. After submitting the form, you will be sent an email from ABC Trainerize (the software we will be using primarily to log your training and communicate) with a link to create a profile and fill out a consultation form. After creating your profile, filling out this consultation form, and then paying here on Gumroad, you will be sent an email with a Liability Release to sign. Once i have received both payment and the waiver, you will receive a final email about scheduling our video consultation.
Just enter a monthly price you feel is fair on the righthand side of this page, and hit "Pay"!
If you are a returning client, you will receive a link to schedule another video consultation and do not have to fill out the application form or consultation form again. Simply email me so I can reactivate your account on ABC Trainerize.
**Disclaimer: This is programming, support, and education for amateur/recreational lifters, or lifters in a specific strength sport (e.g. bodybuilding/physique sports, powerlifting, etc.) If you are looking for strength & conditioning coaching for another sport that involves or is related to resistance training (e.g. American football, wrestling, basketball, etc.), I would strongly recommend hiring a sports-specific coach/trainer, or a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. If you are looking for a targeted nutrition plan for long-term weight loss/management or for support of non-lifting athletic endeavors, I would strongly recommend hiring a registered dietitian.
All coaching options get an initial 30- to 60-minute consultation with the coach in addition to other resources based on the coaching option.
